This Privacy Policy describes how Padelmondo, operated by Upstone LLC (1704 Llano St Ste B-1324, Santa Fe, NM 87505, United States), collects, uses and protects information when you use the Padelmondo platform (web app at padelmondo.com, club admin at manager.padelmondo.com, mobile apps for iOS and Android).

1. Information we collect

• Account data: first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), password (hashed).
• Profile data: profile picture (optional), city (optional), language preference, ELO rating per club, match history.
• Booking data: bookings, reservations, credits balance, cancellations, payments, match scores.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, language, timestamps of requests, error logs.

2. How we use your information

• Provide and operate the Padelmondo service (account, bookings, ELO, tournaments).
• Process payments via our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.
• Send transactional notifications (booking confirmations, score reminders, match invitations).
• Improve the platform (analytics on aggregated, anonymous data only).
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Data sharing

We share your data only with:

• The padel club(s) you have joined (to manage your bookings and credits).
• Other players in matches you participate in (first name, last name, ELO rating — for fair matchmaking).
• Service providers strictly necessary for operations (Stripe, hosting providers).

We never sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

Account data is kept as long as your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, except where legally required (financial records: 10 years).

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You can at any time:

• Access your data (via your profile page or by writing to support@padelmondo.com).
• Rectify incorrect data.
• Delete your account and your personal data.
• Export your data (portability).
• Object to processing or restrict it.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed (bcrypt). All transmissions are encrypted via TLS 1.3. Servers are hosted within the European Union (Hetzner, Germany).

7. Cookies

Padelmondo uses only strictly necessary cookies (session token, language preference). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

8. Children

Padelmondo is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version is always available at padelmondo.com/privacy. Material changes will be notified to active users by email.
