What do I actually pay?+
A €10/court/month subscription — less than €1 a day. Nothing else. No commission on your players' payments, no hidden fees, no setup fee.
Does the rate change based on the number of courts?+
No — it's the same simple rate: €10/court/month, whatever the number of courts. And you get -10% if you pay annually.
My players pay by card, cash, bank transfer. How do I manage that?+
You do it however you like. Stripe online (the player pays from the app), card terminal at the club, cash, bank transfer... You just record the sale in Padelmondo in 1 click. We never take a commission, it's 100% your money.
How do the 60 free days work?+
When you sign up you save your payment card (secured via Stripe). No charge for 60 days. On day 61, we automatically charge the first month, then each following month. If you're not convinced before day 60, you cancel in 1 click from your dashboard and nothing is charged. No questions asked.

Padelmondo is operated by Upstone LLC, a U.S. company registered in Delaware (EIN 98-1930095). Payment goes through Stripe (maximum security).
